What are the benefits of a segmentation tool?
Often in research, a questionnaire containing attitude statements and background questions is drawn up once. Based on these statements, several segments are identified and then “filled” with background information. You can get a lot more out of a single segmentation study that we carry out for you. Using the segmentation tool, you will be able to determine the segments for your current and potential customers, business associates or members.
How does it work?
First, Motivaction designs the segmentation model and the corresponding questionnaire. Once this is completed, you will be given access to the segmentation tool. You can then use this to upload Excel files containing new customer data to the system, in a format agreed upon beforehand. You will immediately see the segment corresponding to each customer. It is also possible for your customers to fill out the segmentation questionnaire online; the corresponding segment and description will then be linked directly to the person completing the questionnaire.
