You are what you eat! In the recently published Food Atlas of the Netherlands by Noordhoff, Motivaction exposes the food patterns of the Dutch.
Using the segmentation model Mentality, Motivaction looked at the different Dutch values and life styles. As a result, the typical products and eating habits of Dutch people have been characterized and are portrayed in this atlas.
