In today's competitive job market, employees are actively exploring other opportunities, considering different industries, and evaluating their current employers to assess the potential for personal growth.

 

We are Sparkey, Motivaction's label for labor market research, and we closely monitor all developments in the job market. This way, we understand what motivates employees to take certain steps or not. Based on these insights, we support our clients in optimizing their employer brand.

Participating in the HR Trend Monitor: How does it work?

At Sparkey, we use customized research to solve client-specific questions. We offer concrete and sharp advice that you can immediately implement. Your organization can participate in our trend research with just one question, up to a maximum of five questions. We are happy to advise you on the best approach to formulating the questions and structuring the questionnaires.

The research results are available within one workweek after fieldwork. You have the option to further explore the results by linking them to the Workprofiler and other relevant background information from the employee panel, such as industry, job function, and company size.

 

Would you like to participate in the HR Trend Monitor?

Every quarter, we conduct trend research among members of our own Employee Panel, which is part of StemPunt, Motivaction's consumer panel. Each measurement provides answers to the client's questions with a nationally representative sample: 1,000 respondents aged between 18 and 67 years. The fixed research methodology and applicability to multiple clients keep the costs of the research low.
